How to order
Here you’ll find helpful information about the online-ordering process
1. View Items / Search option
You can browse our product range by choosing the <Category> you are interested in (Summer-collection…) in the <Department menu>.
All labels will be displayed, that belong to that category. If you press <Labels> and after <Children department>, the entire collection will be displayed.
Now choose the collection that you would like to view and you’ll see an overview followed by the pictures and descriptions of the items.
With the search box in the left upper corner you can search by keyword i.e. "jackets". You only have to type the keyword and push the button next to the search box. All items found will be displayed. You can view them by clicking on them.
2. Currency Conversion
With the currency conversion on the top right you can choose out the currency. You have to click on this currency button, chose out your currency and click the button <back>
3. Select an item
To add an item to the basket, please choose the quantity, size and color (if applicable). Then push the symbol shopping cart right near the quantity specification. A pop-up window will appear showing the price. Confirm it by clicking in the basket then on continue shopping and the item is then transferred to the shopping cart. Proceed like that with all other items you’d like to purchase.
4. Shopping cart
You can view the basket at any time by clicking the button <basket>. You can delete items or change the quantity. From here you can proceed to the checkout.
5. Checkout – Order
a) Click the button basket
b) Click the button checkout.
c) Choose your shipping location and select a shipping method..
d) Click the button <Secure check out>.
e) Accept our General Terms and Conditions of Business by clicking on the box.
f) Please fill in your data correctly so we can confirm your order via email and the order gets to your address correctly and press the button <next>
g) Choose your method of payment (advanced payment, Mastercard, VISA or American Express) and press the button <send order>
By clicking on <click here to print> you can print out your order.
h) You will right away receive a confirmation via email telling you that your order has arrived.
6. To correct entries
Please check your entries before you send the order. You can navigate with the buttons <Back> or <Reset> and correct your entries. To empty the shopping cart completely press the button <Delete>.
7. Other ways to order
If you don’t want to order via the internet you can send us a fax or an email with the necessary data.
